March 29, 2025 at 1:44 pmI recently contacted Urban Ladder’s support team to update the email address linked to my account, but they told me it’s “impossible” due to policy restrictions.I still have access to my old email, but I want to change it to a new one for convenience and security reasons.
This seems unreasonable since most platforms allow email updates with proper verification.
Has anyone faced a similar issue with Urban Ladder or other platforms? Any advice on how to escalate this?
Would appreciate any insights. Thanks!

March 29, 2025 at 1:51 pmCreate another account in urban ladder with your new email and close or stop using the existing account. I guess they are not able to change it because email ID may be their unique customer ID! poor design but its not rare in older systems.-

However they clearly said it’s not possible for them to move the order history associated with it. My fear is if I delete my old account and there’s some issue on the furnitures, will they provide the appropriate support?
Also, there’s no option to delete account. Do I have the legal right to ask them to delete account?

March 29, 2025 at 3:27 pmPrint all the invoices and keep it with you for the past orders. Order history is not important, but the invoices and warranty mentioned need to be saved as PDF or physical copies.Don’t delete the account as you have access to the other email ID, Let it be.
