Scam by blinkit Help

Hello everyone,

I recently ordered boat airdopes 311 pro from Blinkit in Patiala, but they delivered a completely different and broken item. When I reached out to Blinkit customer support, they outright denied any resolution and instead told me to contact the brand (boAt). However, when I reached out to boAt, they told me to contact Blinkit, leaving me stuck in a loop with no solution.

I feel like I’m being scammed here—neither Blinkit nor boAt are taking responsibility for this issue. What legal options do I have to get my refund or a proper replacement? Can I file a consumer complaint against both parties?

Any advice on how to proceed would be highly appreciated. please help
About me:
I am cs student at thapar University and 800 rupees is a good amount for a student.
