My ex passed away last year – beneficiary for his insurance was me (really will give to kids).

I informed icici and asked how much time we had to provide documentation as I am dealing with a lot. They said there’s no time limit. I left it at that. Now I am ready to send documents and they said it’s been foreclosed?! How is that possible? It was fully paid till his death.

Any help appreciated.
