March 28, 2025 at 6:29 pmUnfortunately, i donβt think you have. But 20l is a big amount. Keep calling him, try the legal ways. If possible, try to get at least 10-12l more from him. And the remaining amount is the lesson you learnt for life ! -

March 29, 2025 at 2:24 amExactly what is your argument here?Is it: “Milord, I did not know the price of my land, I thought it was 20 lakhs but after selling it at that price, I now realize that it was actually 40 lakhs, so please force the buyer to give it back to me”?

March 30, 2025 at 4:02 amIt can be, mi lord. I did not read before signing the documents, and now I am scammed. But I genuinely dont think this would work.
I guess just harrasing the guy would be a better option to recover some of the money.

March 29, 2025 at 2:32 amHave the sale been registered? if not, you can simply return whatever they paid and get a proper cancellation contract executed.
Proof of payment onus on the buyer. Did you sign anythin everytime you received a payment? were the payments made online/bank transfer/cheque/DD? or cash?If the land sale has been registered, then you better talk to a lawyer about any options. I don’t think there are any.
