Will the chief justice help me if i mail this to him. It is affecting my future. And i have given a lot of exams with no RTI access to answer sheets and failing for no reason and limited access to placements.

Subject: Urgent Request for Judicial Intervention in Unfair Examination Practices by NIAMT Ranchi

Respected Chief Justice,

I, …., a final-year student of National Institute of Advanced Manufacturing Technology (NIAMT), Ranchi, am writing to seek your urgent intervention in a matter of grave injustice concerning my academic career.

I have been subjected to arbitrary and unfair marking in my examinations, which has severely impacted my academic progress. Despite performing well, I have been deliberately given unreasonably low marks. To challenge this, I filed RTI applications (NIFFT/R/T/24/00104 & NIFFT/R/T/24/00103) requesting access to my evaluated answer sheets. However, the authorities have either ignored or unjustly delayed my request, violating my rights under the RTI Act, 2005.I have been given 0 out of 70 marks for no reason in one paper and in next attempt i have been given 9 marks by the college out of 70 inspite of all my hard work.

They want to harass me for reason.

Additionally, without student consent, my university was suddenly changed from Jharkhand University of Technology (JUT) to NIAMT, disrupting my academic structure. This has caused confusion regarding my final semester and degree completion.

My Humble Requests

In light of these injustices, I kindly request your intervention for the following:

Immediate access to my answer sheets as per the Supreme Court ruling in CBSE v. Aditya Bandopadhyay (2011) 8 SCC 497.

Fair re-evaluation of my answer sheets by an independent panel.

Permission to complete my 8th semester at another institution to ensure a fair academic environment.

Directive to NIAMT to issue my degree upon course completion, changing my college location for final semester for fair evaluation.

Since my future depends on this, I request urgent judicial intervention. I seek your kind consideration of my plea and hope for timely justice.

I shall be forever grateful for your esteemed support.

You can address it to justice Yashwant Varma( he might use this opportunity to come on good side of the general public by helping you)

Jokes aside, it will be a waste of your time.. judiciary does not work via email or whatsapp

Even Justice Yashwant Varma could be innocent who got framed in some way. The things which i have seen in life makes me believe good people are framed for bad things .

You can file a writ petition in the high court. There will be many lawyers who will be willing to take up the same, pro bono if fees are a problem. I don’t know of writing a letter to the CJ will net you a response even, Not sure.
