Regarding Attestation form in government exam

Hi in my second year 4th semester , fortunately I got into a umc case and hence certain punishment was given in the punishment they stated that I would be allowed to appear in the the” supplementary examination 2026 “. could it be considered as debarment from examination in upsc or ssc or any other exam please help.

The notice did not specify that I am being debarred but stated that I would be allowed in next year what should I do click yes. The exact notice said this student to be allowed in supplementary exam 2026. Sir not specify can’t this year
