Seeking Adivce on service provider contract

Hi I recently got company registerd. Now for compliances I am having less faith with company I did registeration with. They provided me with no legal contract or any statement that they will do something. I am sacred that if they delay compalinces I will get fines and it will be an issue.

If two parties sign contract that is well drafted (I used AI to do it) will it be valid in court? It is of amount like 23000 not much but am more scared if they did not do their job well I can have fines
