March 28, 2025 at 6:14 amMy village plot is being acquired for a dam, and I need an LPC (Land Possession Certificate) signed by the Circle Officer (CO) to receive compensation.
However, the CO has been absent or refusing to process it for the past three months. My application was rejected for two months without reason and has now been stuck for the past three months. My mother is handling the paperwork in the village, while I manage household chores and studies in the city. With exams next month and no breaks in my schedule, I’m struggling academically as I have to handle all the things alone.
After COVID, our financial situation worsened, and this compensation is essential for my future education. Is there a way to hold the CO accountable or file a complaint against him?I really want this work to get done fast as it’s already been six months. Any guidance would be appreciated🙏
