SHello legaladviceindia community , I am quite overthinking about a problem day and night and can’t focus on anything else. Actually the problem is that In my all documents my father name has been A Singh while in my all father official documents his Name is A kumar. The problem is in my documents my father has different title. Updating documents is quite impossible for me at this as stage it will take years. Will an affidavit and gazette notification saying that my father name has been wrongly mentioned in my documents will suffice for my future works like during property transfer, insurance claim and during nrc if it happens. I keep overthinking about this issue day and night and because of which I can’t focus on anything else.
