PMe and my girlfriend engaged in consensual sex with protection, however we faced condom malfunction( didn’t know about condom sizes, was misfit).
We immediately took a planB pill and it was planned in such a way that it was her least fertile time, thankfully the period came( was delayed by a week, had me very very nervous).
When I searched about it on the internet, it said an FIR has to filed whether it’s consensual or not and in most of the cases the boy is found guilty ( even if it is consensual)? I further searched adolescent friendly health clinics who claimed to maintain confidentiality but they still seemed dicey as by the law they are required to report?
I don’t understand what is the need of filing an FIR
even if the parents have approved of pill induced abortion ( didn’t come to this stage thankfully).Definitely not doing anything like this before 18🙏 had me scared shitless l.
