PI made the full payment for purchase of a new 2-wheeler to the official dealer. I submitted the documents for getting the BH passing. A few days later, they called me to ask for aadhaar authentication otp for the RTO process, which I provided. After 6 days, they called again asking for aadhaar authentication otp. I reluctantly provided it again. Now they are telling me that the process is still not done and asking for otp again 10 days after the second attempt.
I checked in uidai and the authentication status is showing successful on both the dates. How can I investigate if my aadhaar authentication has been misused?
