UI have paid for prepaid service of municipal corporation bus services. But due to workers strike I am unable to avail the service I paid for. Can I file a legal case against municipality? Will I get refunded? Also, here law and order is on anvil, will it go vain? (State where comedians can’t joke on politician, that’s what our CM said in legislature)

LThat’s not fair. You paid for the service and now you’re left with nothing because of the strike. Technically, you should be entitled to a refund, but if the system itself is unreliable, getting justice might be tough. Maybe try collective action with other affected passengers or push for accountability through consumer forums. Hope it will work for you.
