Advice on Changing Company

Hi,
I work at a company since last 3 years and now planning to do a switch. This is a service based software company. I have made some strong connections with customers in India and abroad.

When I joined this company I signed an NDA and agreement, which says I can’t join any customer’s company or similar work for next 2 years.

I just wanted to know is this actually valid and enforceable?

– What if I made a switch in India?
– What if I made a switch outside India?

Non compete clauses are not generally enforceable in India especially for employment.
