SMy neighbor lives on a private road that is in a full circle. I know all the rest of the neighbors and I go visit them but when I walked past her house, she comes out and says I’m not allowed to walk on that road and she doesn’t own the road it’s a private access road to their house in which the township does not maintain because it’s private and she owns a very small part of it where her house is the other residents own many acres she might have an acre.
It boils down to an old vendetta she has towards me because she misunderstood something when we were in our early 20s and I’m 60 now 61 she’s 62 exactly the same age except for one year older. We were really good friends but now every time I walked down there after visiting other people that I know up there she looks at me and then she tells me that I’m not allowed to walk there and that she owns that and all this other stuff, the rest of the neighbors can’t stand her either and I’ve lived here. Nearly my entire life. I was born and raised in this house that I live in and it borders that private road.
I actually think that she’s harassing me, but I’m concerned that she might have some sort of legal standing.
My location is Pittsburgh. PA the United States.
