My mom s mother died 40 years ago and the house was supposed to go to 3 kids, her and her 2 brothers. It looks like the oldest brother forged a quit claim document giving him the house 40 years ago, he recently died, during his life he transferred the house to his surviving wife. The oldest brother and his wife have lived there for 40 years. My mom is in the USA now, but is wondering if she has any shot at a civil suit the house is worth 2 million USA dollars…
