U– I have a land which was purchased in Bhubaneswar, Odisha by my father (67y/o) and given is in the name of my mother (57 y/o) on 2017
-It was a joint agreement between 3 parties now the one who sold my father the land ( who is also the co-owner of this land ) was supposed to do demarcation and partition of the land between the three parties but still after 8 years it has not been done.
– The one co-owner who is supposed to do the demarcation and partition is not having any transparency with us and not sharing us any information of what is going on with the land and when it will be done.
– This co-owner is also constantly pressurizing us to stop any kind of communication with the third co-owner.
– Now what actions could I take against this guy to get my property from the joint property agreement.
– Things we have now is – Sale Deed, RoR and Trace Map of the entire undivided land.

Awhat are the dimensions mentioned in the sale deed? Registery of the property has been done in the government records?
