How to divide ownership of a freehold plot floor wise ?

My parents have a 3 floor freehold plot building (currently on my mother’s name), of which I am to get 2 floors and my younger brother will get one specific floor. He also already got another flat someplace else on his name (we sold off our previous flat and he invested his own amount on top of that sold amount to buy a bigger flat). I want the division to legally happen before our marriages.

My question is how does this legally happen ? Can the will specify which floor of the plot will be transferred to which of us (me and my brother) ? Or would we have to get individual registry done for all the floors ?
