March 22, 2025 at 7:39 pmmy mother loaned out some money to lend it to her friend
hoping he would help her payout the loan and interest…..but now a few months have passed n every month my mother has to argue with him for her money…on top of that he has hacked my mother’s Google account and transferred her private pictures onto his phone and he blackmails her on a daily basis and threatens her that he will mail it to her office…….My mother cannot tell my anyone because our society is fueled by communal moral policing…but she really does need help…she is depressed n suicidal there’s not much I can do I’m still 16.
I’m from India If that helps in navigating your legal advice.

March 22, 2025 at 8:14 pm1. Recover the gmail account. Change passwords. Set up 2 step login.
2. Record calls and messages and save them elsewhere for future use.
3. Tell her that these days anyone can make anyone do anything in a photo using AI. Ask her to get a few neighbourhood aunties on her side because this thing’s going to blow either way if she pursues the man for her money. So she needs to be prepared adequately. Manipulate the narrative before the other party.
4. Go to the nearest women NGO or mahila police station and ask them to help threaten the man into giving her money back. If he refuses, she can proceed towards an FIR.I could be wrong about this, in which case I’m really sorry.
Your mother might have had a fling with the guy which is why she took a loan for him and he has her private pictures. Please do not judge her for it. Help her through this ordeal. But if this is indeed the case, she was essentially honey trapped and she needs to be upfront about this to the police women and lawyers so that they can help accordingly.-

March 23, 2025 at 12:54 am1. Is letting go of the money an option so you can avoid all communication including the threatens?
2. Internet is filled with leaked graphics. Itβs sad. One has to accept that consequence if you want do anything legal or police complaint
3. It will cost money to take action. So the amount and hassle should be worth it. -

March 23, 2025 at 7:56 amRecord blackmail conversations and try to approach a higher police official/politician through connections and than juniors will file ans make a good chargesheet against the goon. And most probably he will be beaten up and money will be recovered plus arrested for blackmailing and hacking. Legal complaint will take time. Try the route 1.
