CA SC Pcr case was filed against me out of pure vengeance. As per the law there was arrest warrant againt me in order so I went absconding and went to high court for a direction (for pre arrest bail). Since Iam a teacher I cant afford to get arrest and run the case since it would lead to my suspension. I got the direction it states me to surrender within 15 days from the date of receipt of the order and the session judge to consider and discreetly give me bail on the same day.
I got the order pretty late even tho it was given way earlier. What shall i do next..
