May 3, 2025 at 8:03 pmI bought an Apple product from Croma which turned out to be defective. I visited an authorized Apple service center and they provided a job sheet confirming the defect. I submitted this job sheet to Croma as part of the return/replacement process.A few days later, I received a message stating that a delivery executive would come to pick up the product within 4 days. However, it’s now been **more than 8 days**, and **no one has come for the pickup**. Every time I contact Croma support, they just send a generic email saying, βgive us 24 hours.β This has been going on for over **10 days now since I first raised the complaint**.
This delay is frustrating, and I’m not getting any real response or action from their side. Iβm starting to feel helpless and would really appreciate guidance on what legal steps I can take at this point.
Any help or advice would be appreciated.

If purchased by another means, hire a lawyer

May 4, 2025 at 4:19 amYou can visit croma instead of waiting for pickup even if you bought it online, delivery agents donβt want to pick up faulty expensive returns.
