HI’m 23M. My gf forcefully removed condom during our intercourse while I explicitly told her to we’ll use condom beforehand. She apologized on text saying she acted recklessly and was stupid but I cannot trust her so I denied further sex. I’ll take STD tests to rule out any possibility. Can this be considered statutory rape as it was not consensual

Hit’s not karma farming. I was testing how the public would react if the genders were reversed. there was a similar post a few hours back full of sympathising comments for the lady but 5 comments till now here and all are simply mocking the guy, calling a fake post without actually helping.
now with this comment, the post becomes baseless, but there’s a huge sentiment disparity, like how I imagined it would be.

Get outside of country, ASAP.
Men can’t be “raped” in India. BNS 63 is specific about it. Any hole of a women, penetrated, without her consent, is rape.
Come back to India when the law is gender neutral.

But your post did multiple things.
1. Put the girl’s post in a negative light. People are gonna believe that one to be a joke, too.
2. Increased the hype that girl’s use fake cases. I would like to point out that the no. of fake cases are way more less than real ones and real ones don’t get speedy solutions.
3. Increased the hype that men are more vulnerable in front of law and totally eclipses the fact that the laws are used as last resort/pyrrhic victory in India.
4. Pushes people to go through illegal means.You could have put it in as some hypothetical situation. Go to ask india, they will love you.

Humm, this was made to capture the reaction of public how they react to a guy’s side vs the girl’s side and I somewhat managed to do it. but since the post is fresh it got apparent.
I’ll post the same thing after a some time, unexpectedly and then prove the point I was trying to make. maybe I’ll come back to this comment then & show what I meant 🙂
