My bank account is frozen, and I don’t know what to do

I have a bank account in PNB chandigarh, and recently I was unable to make transactions through UPI , and the stated reason was ‘The payment was declined by your bank’,I thought it must be a server error or something, but when the problem persisted for a week, I tried to transfer my bank balance to my another account to get back the money in my account, and when I tried to make a transaction using NEFT, It was showing my account is frozen, what can i do , i remember one time a person sent me 800 rupees and kept calling to return, so i checked my bank account and then prompty returned the money

Have you contacted your bank? Ask them reason for blocking your account.
