Can government employees participate in youth parliament? [ Bit urgent ]

[22] So I got accepted for the state level youth parliament compitition , and would inform my superiors about it ( and taking a leave on that day ofc ) and as far as I have looked all citizens are eligible for the youth parliament compitition but I’m still in doubt that I may have missed something , can anybody help me here ( my compitition is in just a few days and will have to make plans quickly in order to get to the state capital , if you are reading this and know about it , please help me!! )
