Harrasment by supposedly recovery agents.

My mother is getting calls saying i have defrauded with one card. I do not own any credit since 2018. I just checked my cibil as well there is no one card that was issued on my name. Guy was threatening her and me police case. So i filed a complaint on cybercrime. Other than my name and my mother’s number they dont have any
details. And calls were made on WhatsApp. So feels like scam call though.

What should be to done about this ?

Jitni gali waha se aa rahi hai uski double idhar se do kam pade to batana me bhej dunga, mc ke bacche whatsapp call or karte hai taki record na ho sake call

You must have installed some application which gave them your contact list.

Change mom contact number as someone else.
