While this is not related to any case, I do have small question. I am moving to a new place in a week and the landlord asked me for aadhar, employee cards. I have no issue giving the landlord, the above documents. But , I was also asked for a family photo.
Want to understand, what is the need for family photo? Even, if it required, what about the usage of the photo? (From the privacy pov)

* If you are uncomfortable with the request, you should ask the landlord why they need the photo and what they will use it for
* f the landlord cannot provide a valid reason, you are within your rights to refuse to provide the photo.
