Regarding R rated and lewd comics/games

1. I know 18+ content is illegal but if its drawn is it still illegal? artistic pornography like the one on ancient paintings and monuments etc is allowed, so will a comic/ game with it be allowed?

2. Also, if not 18+ will suggestive things like kissing or sensual touch, not sex (think raunchy scenes in Bollywood but drawn) be ok?

3. If I just don’t distribute in India, will I still get in trouble?

4. If I travel to another country, make it there and publish it then go back to India will it still be illegal?
