IEPF-5 submission stuck for 7 months

I had filed an IEPF-5 in Sept 2024 with MCA to claim dividend from Port Company whose stock I hold. In the MCA website the status shows under processing even after 7 month. Does anyone have any experience in this matter and how long it generally takes?

Is there any step I can take to expedite this matter?
