Can i get my compensation for hospital bills in attempt to murder case?

Continuing my previous post I’m a victim of attempt to murder case in a a robbery. The person who stabbed me was juvenile at the time of crime.
Is there any chance that we can try him as as adult bcz he was 17 yrs at that time and can he get any compensation for the hospital bills by the court.please help, the court hearing is in a week what steps i should take.
