M‼️ URGENT HELP NEEDED ‼️
We recently had a terrible experience with Colive Clanton, Bellandur, Bangalore, and we need advice on how to proceed. My partner and I moved into the property on 9th February 2025, agreeing to a 3-month lock-in period. However, from the very beginning, we faced multiple issues—unhygienic food with insects, a dysfunctional lift that wasn’t repaired for weeks, and bogus charges that kept appearing in our rent. In March, they suddenly increased our rent to ₹25,000 with fake charges like soap and laundry fees, which we never availed. Frustrated with their mismanagement, we decided to move out on 2nd March, before the rent due date of 5th March, and we have CCTV and WhatsApp proof confirming our move-out date.
Now, they are falsely claiming that we left on 9th March and have sent us a legal notice demanding ₹50,943, after deducting our ₹18,000 deposit. They are using scare tactics and WhatsApp threats to force us into paying for bogus charges. We are looking for legal guidance and support—has anyone faced similar issues with Colive? Any help in exposing these fraudulent practices and holding them accountable would be greatly appreciated.
