My friend needs contacts of lawyers based out in bangalore.
Story-
His elder sis bumped into a car while driving as the front car did hard breaking. The car which got hit back is a skoda and has some dents and breaks for its dicky and rear bumper.

They are not ready to claim there own insurance as they did it twice in the past in the last two months for scratches or smthng saying the idv will increase and already premium is too much.

For third party insurance police is saying its either in drink or drive or hit and run they write an fir.

So, that guy is telling them either u give him 30-40k for the repair or he will do a hit and run case on his sister.

So, they need a lawyer to consult on next steps
Ps: they (his sis) have a dashcam footage
So pls share your contacts i will share with them under comments. My friend is not on reddit.
