Hi,
I joined a company month back and resigned due to workload ,pressure ,toxic culture and they were asking me to work on weekends ,also giving work after working hours .I was getting continous migraines due to this.I mentioned health reason in resignation mail(migraine and hormonal imbaIance) am serving notice period.Company is threatening me to terminate me due to under performance.
Can company terminate me and not give releving letter due to under performance as I have joined the company a month back only and have resigned and serving notice?
