Basically the title. It is my secondary sim and I was using it as an βE-Simβ on my previous device, which I happened to lost back in November unfortunately.
Anyways I got it reissued last week, and it was working fine, although it slipped my mind to recharge it.
However, 4 days back I realised it was showing as βno simβ in my phone, and after visiting the store, I found out it has been blocked.
They gave me the customer care service and asked me to speak to them.
After speaking to the woman on call, she told me that it has been reported by cyber crime because of fraud callsβ (which is technically not possible given that I didnβt have the access to it all this time) and that they cant do anything about it.
What should I do?
