SI work as a GROUP A employee of a PSU . Last week i have worked continuously 12 hours for 6 days . The management denying me to give additional holidays ( C-offs ) and also they deny to give me extra pay for the extra hours i have worked mentioning that I am a executive not a Labour . Is it true ? Have you guys ever done 12 hours continuous night duty without any off for 6 days ? . Please guide me how to tackle this ?
