Looking for lawyer to sue a web development company

Company took a money but dint finish web development. They are based in Noida and we wanna just scare them to do the work. When they were not responding owner put a bad google review and they asked to take it down then they will continue the work. We countered that we will take it down only when they finish the site.

They took 6 months aprox to finish it. Even then we had some issues.

Version 1 was glitchy so we dint pay the balance payment. For version2 we agreed for jan 31 completion but it took till feb ending.
We agreed we will pay balance once the staging site is ready wothout glitches, we paid but when they transfered all glitches happened. And some changes dint work through. Also they took alot of time to reply like 3 4 days or week to fix issues. We just just wanna give them legal fear to get it sorted and website completed. But if it doesnt work we wanna get full refund of 2500$.

Any lawyers who can guide us and get things done locally for a good prices are highly appreciated dm to get all details.

You could get a well drafted legal notice sent to them before initiating any legal proceedings. Depending on their response, further things could be planned. Chances are that the legal notice would just be sufficient and even cost effective for you. Lawyer here based in Delhi.
