Hello, I am currently unemployed due to a layoff and for the past 6 months been struggling to pay my bills – wanted to check what my options are for the Credit Card crisis that I’m going thru.

I have an SBI Credit Card – been making minimum payments for the last 6 months. Today, on whatsapp the collection agent was getting personal.

Is this normal? Can their be any action taken here? I can provide more details if this isn’t enough.
