If the guy was a minor and girl was an adult at the time of marriage then marriage is not valid as per the court and the guy don’t want to be married anymore due to mental harassment etc. so he can file a petition for the annulment of the marriage but there’s a time limit for it to file this petition. what to do if the time limit is passed as it’s of within 2years once he turns 21. Its been more than 5years the girl is not with them but with her parents. Need help for a friend. Boy was 17 at the time of marriage and girl was 25.
