Scooty Missing – Need advice

Hi all, I kept my scooty at my friend’s place in Bangalore 2 years ago during covid. After that I moved to a different state. I spoke to my friend about the scooty, he said he moved out 1 year ago and doesn’t know where the scooty is.
How can I de-register that vehicle from my name?
