Can we remove one partner in a partnership firm?

I have a small family business, which runs under a partnership firm and there are four partners in it.

Now the thing is, my brother doesn’t come to the shop or does not help just comes and takes some money and leaves.

Because he is a partner in the firm, my dad is worried that in case if he throws him out, he can take some legal action.

I would like to know what legal action can the other three partners take against him to take away his rights and removing him from the firm without paying him anything and taking away all his powers.
