Friend gave my number as emergency contact to mpokket

Hi,
A friend gave my phone number to mpokket as an emergency contact. I did not know anything about this. Today I received a call from mpokket stating the above and saying that I will receive more calls and will need to redirect this information towards my friend.

I have blocked said number and talked to my friend about it. He told me he had entered my phone number a long time back and he was paying back the loan.

I have not received any other text or email regarding mpokket ever. Have never used the damn app. What should I do?
