So i bought a Samsung UItra (INR 1L) series phone last August and got a Spigen case for it. Recentlywhen I was putting the phone on charge i noticed that it slid back a little bit inside the case. Upon taking it off i noticed these small vertical
scratches over the side and back glass. I was
hoping to sell the phone in a couple of months
since I dont like it that much but the resale value
is obvioualy going to get affected because of
this. I have emailed Spigen CC but all they will do
i send a replacent unit for the case if I send them
a video of the phone sliding inside (like that
wouldnt further scrath my phone SMH). Can I file
a consumer complaint for this? And, should I?
Will there be any substantial ruling or would it
better to take the 5-10k hit during resale than go
through the hassle of filing a consumer
complaint?
