Where can we track the police verification status of tatkal passport. Police came home today for verification and will be visiting police station for document submission tomorrow. Already received passport 2 weeks ago. Don’t see any status update on the portal. Need the confirmation as I have to submit my new passport in next two weeks for travel.
Any help will be appreciated

If this truly is so important please bribe the cop when he asks.

The cops will take some documents and only then will the verification happen.

Once you give the cops the paper you got from the passport center. In my experience with getting my own and family members passport done through tatkal I have had to bribe with 500 rupees every time and they have done a favorable verification the same day.
