Issue related to land

So a quick context:

My grandfather had two elder brothers. The entire joint family had received land through inam bagar hukum from the govt in 1965 and the land was transferred to the elder brother after which he had to divide it among his 2 brothers. The eldest brother has divided the land but to one brother and not to my grandfather(youngest).
As of now all the 3 brothers are dead.
We got to know all these details recently and hence decided to act on it.

My question is can my mother and her sisters claim the land by taking it to the court.
