USo my would-be was born in a small district in UP. See lost her father at early age before starting school itself. Her mother asked someone on her behalf to get her admitted to a school and that started a chain of wrong DOB getting entered in her school records.
That reflected in her 10th and 12th both. She did not think of it much since they were just barely living their lives due to several hardships.
Same went ahead in Adhar , PAN and now that she is working same is reflected in her bank account as well as all company related documents.
I do understand that it’s a long and complicated process but we really want things to get corrected, as it will effected us in future.
She does not have a birth certificate since it was a home birth. The chain started with School documents and now is everywhere.
If someone could please help us, we would be very greatful.
Also one catch, She had the same issue with her name, but I got it changed through VakilSearch and we have the gazette notification, we are yet to update the documents still.
