2. He will transfer amounts in cash deposit and will I be taxed if it crossed 10 lakhs altogether or will I be questioned if one transaction is worth 10 lakhs

March 14, 2025 at 6:04 pmProfit margin will be less for him with out tax credit, more or less u will be the end use u paid the tax , but should keep a eye on ur order block orders from personal accounts will rise eye on ur E commercia accounts gst office regularly check this things -

March 14, 2025 at 4:11 pmIn such cases shop owners would not be able to resell it and provide with tax invoices because they would break GST claim chain. This means, the shop owner here would be treated as end user. Any sell post that is illegal. -

Rest you should decide after a good research
In my opinion risk outweigh the profits.
