Private school is not giving my mother’s old salary

My mother is a teacher in a private school from past 12 years , 3 years ago she met a fatal accident and was admitted in the hospital for more then 2 months , at that time her school refused to pay her salary , we were busy and helpless at that time so we didn’t force them to pay but now my mother is changing schools , we are preety sure that the school will not pay that salary , is their a way to get that , also the school paid only half salary during entire lockdown and gave my mother the double ammount of her work , can we get that money too ? Please help us .

Depends, If the accident was caused inside or around school premises. Albeit 3 years ago is quite a long time. Lawyer here based in Delhi.
