Jharkhand Housing Society Act Query

I recently bought a flat in Jharkhand and the current Housing Society seems to be unregisted. The President and Secretary are blood relatives and the claim that the bylaws ( which they refuse to share) has a clause that that the current president will be the president till his death. Is that legal? I tried looking online but couldn’t find anything stipulating the maximum consecutive times that a person can be the president let alone being appointed indefinitely.

Also, I believe that they have misappropriated a large amount of the society funds. Being unregistered what is the legal procedure to get the money back ( by just a few members of the society)?

Would be grateful to anyone who can point me in the right direction.
