Can I sue my uncle over the big property that he was living on when my grandpa died

My grandpa had 2 sons in Croatia, my dad and my uncle .. After grandpa’s death 2 years ago my dad didn’t want to have anything with them. Big house on 3 floors and property was now my uncle domain.. grandpa didn’t leave any will ..
Can I sue my uncle for my part at least or would I have any? As a grandchild..
I feel me massively left out.. dad didn’t care for his part. But I do… do I have any chances of winning that ? Or anything.. please let me know.

Correction* Do I have the chance to make their life living hell with court fees..I don’t care because I have insurance who covers my every legal battle
