Please hear me out guys, on 9th April I ordered 5 AC comforters from Meesho which costed me around 2700. The estimated delivery time shown on the app was 19th April. But on 12th April, 1 AC comforter was delivered to me, so I waited for the other 4 till 19th.
Although on the app it showed delivered on 12th only, I checked it out later because I was busy somewhere. I thought they will generate a refund because they were failed to deliver the other 4 items. But even after 4-5 days when the refund wasn’t generated. I made a complaint on their app.
The app showed its more than 48hrs so they could not generate a complaint. Then I made a call to their customer care and the employer denied helping me saying that its more than 7 days we can’t help you. I said please connect me to their senior I will explain the issue to them after waiting 20 mins on hold my call was cut abruptly, then I tried talking to them on next day same answer we can’t help you, and I called them for 4 days straight no help offered. I need a refund of 2200 approx.
Please tell me what can I do?

You should send a formal email complaining about your issue in detail and asking for refund.

Also, use social media to tag them and report issue. Generally, social media handlers are different than customer care.
