        I purchased a shelf rack around February 25-27, and it was delivered on February 27. I requested a return and refund on March 1, well within Amazon’s seven-day pickup and return policy. However, despite my prompt action, Amazon has repeatedly rescheduled the pickup. They initially promised a pickup within the seven-day window, but as of March 13, the pickup was again postponed to March 15.

        I’m frustrated and wondering if this practice is legal. Is anyone else experiencing similar issues with Amazon? What steps can I take – can I file a consumer case or is there another course of action you would recommend? Any advice or shared experiences would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!

          Talk to customer care and ask them to connect you to their advisor or concern team
