March 12, 2025 at 6:26 pmHello,I need some guidance regarding an urgent issue, please read the below situation and help me to take necessary actions.
I joined **IT MNC** (Capgemini) back in August, my hiring was for a specific project requirement. Project work was not much fruitful, I had to ask for release from project which they gave eventually after much trouble.
After release they did not had any other opportunity also due to some personal reasons I had to take long leaves so I applied for LWP (leave without pay), post leave period I didn’t had much clarity regarding my further course of action during this time they kept a meeting involving higher management with me in which they told company is giving me another chance asking for as surety from my end to deliver in next project (to which I off course said yes) but just next day I **got HR mail that your position is filled and they will have to initiate my termination process**.
I had no other option but to agree and submit to the process, **they did not give me a clear exit in terms of giving all letters and no clarity regarding my PF amount withdrawal**, I returned all assets and completed required formalities from my end.
After over a month of termination I **received mail from CG side that I have to pay FnF due amount to the company because of not serving notice period, the amount mentioned is shocking (2 Lacs)** which they asked me to pay within 10 days, I didn’t reply to the mail, so last week I have received **another mail** stating ‘Reminder to clear dues otherwise company will be compelled to take further action’.
**They didn’t even mention regarding FnF during whole termination process,** now suddenly they are asking this huge amount and sending mails for it.
Please guide me what can I do in this matter, what are my rights as an employee and what necessary actions I should take to resolve this. Also, what are the possible actions which they might take? (Guidance, suggestions please)
